We don't believe in dividing our customers so we don't have gold, silver, or bronze IT Maintenance packages. Every organistion we work with is an Emerald customer and receive the highest level of IT support from us. Similarly, we don't want any organisation to be conscious of how long the clock ticks on their support call or if they have an issue with their IT at the end of the month and there are no support hours or credits left. We tell every organisation we work with that the one thing we want you to feel happy to do is pick up the phone to us. That niggling IT issue that you don't tell us about could easily become something much greater so we'd rather get in and solve the problem quickly at the start.
So our IT Maintenance and Support contracts are priced competitvely based on what we support on your network not for how long. We win some and we lose some on this approach but we are prepared to take that as a business knowing all the people we work with are empowered to call us the moment something looks wrong.
Costs start from £9 per month for a Desktop PC Computer, Mac, or Laptop and £65 per month for your IT Network Server. Our monitoring is pro-active so we can solve 10-15% of issues on your IT network before you even notice anything. Our IT Maintenance covers all labour and we keep replacement hardware prepped in our warehouse ready for emergency replacements.
We provide a full Cyber Scurity consultation as standard for IT Support customers and help you complete and implement your Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. We work with a partner to support you through the Cyber Essentials accreditation if you wish to.
