Emerald are thrilled to be shortlisted as finalists for STEM Company of the Year at the inaugural Midlands Service Excellence Awards. And in great company with Totem Learning and Risk Evolves as other category finalists.
Emerald’s Technical Support team secured the coveted Warwickshire Team of the Year in 2016 and are proud of the work they have continued to do since then.
“We have continued to go from strength to strength concentrating on nurturing a supportive culture for our employees first so they provide the highest levels of support back to our customers” says CEO Sarah Windrum. "This recognition is really positive for all the Emerald team but especially our two new apprentices Kyle and Melody. They both started with us aged just 18 and have shown great development in both technical and customer service skills."
The winner will be announced on 21st March at the Hogarth Hotel in Solihull.
