  3. Where is that back-up stored? Is it protected against flood and fire?
  4. If files are accidentally deleted, can you restore to an earlier version?
  5. If you lost your business critical data, what cost would it involve to restore that work or restore from the latest back-up? Would it be a day’s wages for all employees or a week’s wages?
